By visiting our store and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers of MORANHI. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products All products are custom-made on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and print processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors). You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled by us.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Production & Shipping Orders are produced within 2–5 business days and shipped via our fulfillment partner, Printful. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times for international orders.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details. As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded within 30 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and content on this store are the property of MORANHI and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability MORANHI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.
