Refund policy
Made-to-Order Products All our products are custom-made on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind).
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (damaged item, wrong product, print defect)
We'll review your claim and arrange a reprint or refund promptly.
Lost Packages If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please allow up to 7 business days past the estimated delivery date before reporting a lost package, as some shipments experience minor delays.
Size & Fit Issues We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering, as we cannot accept returns due to sizing. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
